i needed dumbbells and i started looking at them and they were expensive so then i heard about dial up dumbbells and i thought this could work but the only good one i found was pretty expensive to, untell i found the powerblock set. It was perfect forwhat i needed to do and it was not that much money. The only thing i dont like about itis that it feels cheap but it really is not i have been using mine for awhile now and they are still lasting.
