I have been using p90x for about 6 weeks now and it is safe to say for me that the program works it is not a scam. p90x is all sorts of different types of workouts that gets you in the best shape you will ever be in, i am in really good shape and can do so much more activities that i couldn't do before. The program is pretty hard but it is only an hour a night so i just suck it up and do it and i truly get different result all the time so its worth the pain. After my 90 days are up i will defiantly keep doing the program i love it and it covers everything you need to do.
