I have been using p90x for about 6 weeks now and it is safe to say for me that the program works it is not a scam. p90x is all sorts of different types of workouts that gets you in the best shape you will ever be in, i am in really good shape and can do so much more activities that i couldn't do before. The program is pretty hard but it is only an hour a night so i just suck it up and do it and i truly get different result all the time so its worth the pain. After my 90 days are up i will defiantly keep doing the program i love it and it covers everything you need to do.

Protein shakers

So I have been using protein shakers for along time now and there the best well ideally you have to have one if you use protein powder but there are different kids of shakers. The one i use has a bacteria free lid and a spiral devise in side of it that really mixes your powder up. I used to use the cheap shakers and they are fine but i found that the lid is hard to screw on and it leaks but if its all you got then that's fine

powerblock dumbbells

i needed dumbbells and i started looking at them and they were expensive so then i heard about dial up dumbbells and i thought this could work but the only good one i found was pretty expensive to, untell i found the powerblock set. It was perfect forwhat i needed to do and it was not that much money.
